1. Who we are

XXible is an events discovery and community platform. These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, apps, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Platform role and organizer responsibility

XXible provides technology and payments facilitation. XXible is not the event organizer, promoter, host, or venue owner. Organizers are responsible for event delivery, event changes, cancellations, and the refund policy they choose for each listing.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use XXible. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support.

5. Content

You may post content such as event listings, images, and messages. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant XXible a license to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the Service.

6. Payments, fees, refunds, and fund holds

  • Platform fees and payment processing fees may be non-refundable.
  • Refund outcomes depend on the event’s refund policy, request timing, reschedule or cancellation rules, and available held funds for that event.
  • XXible may hold organizer funds before payout to cover refunds, disputes, chargeback risk, and operational review.
  • XXible does not guarantee instant or automatic cash refunds when provider operations, policy checks, or held-funds requirements are still pending.
  • XXible does not front organizer liabilities. Payout and refund operations are handled within available event funds and applicable policy controls.

7. Prohibited use

  • Don’t break the law or violate anyone’s rights.
  • Don’t attempt to access or disrupt our systems.
  • Don’t spam, harass, or post hateful or abusive content.
  • Don’t upload malware or attempt credential harvesting.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” XXible does not guarantee that events will occur as listed or that organizer-provided details are always accurate. Attendees should verify important event details with the organizer.
